What happens to your files, in plain words.

It is a commercial tool for finding government contracts and drafting proposals. Don't use it for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, or export-controlled data under ITAR or EAR.

Every upload, and every answer you save to your Answer library, is checked for CUI markings. A file or answer that carries them is blocked and never stored. The check catches marked text; keeping unmarked controlled data out is still up to you.

Drafting and document reading go through OpenRouter, routed only to model providers that retain no data and don't train on it. If no such route is available, the request fails rather than falling back to one that keeps data.

Fit scores use no AI at all.

Your files are visible to the people on your team, never to other companies. A small number of named BidFunnels staff can open your account to help when you ask for support or to fix a problem. Every time they do, it's logged. We don't use your files for anything else, and never to train AI.

Remove any file or answer from your library and it's deleted. The account owner can delete the account from Settings, or email us, and we delete your company's files and data. Database backups age out within 30 days.

You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email. Codes expire after 15 minutes and are limited to a few tries.

Every connection uses HTTPS. Your files are stored in Cloudflare R2, which encrypts them at rest. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
