Opportunities and scores

Which opportunities do you cover?

Federal contract notices from SAM.gov, and state opportunities from Texas (ESBD), Florida (MyFloridaMarketPlace), California (Cal eProcure) and Pennsylvania (PA eMarketplace). We check SAM.gov for new and changed notices several times a day; state opportunities load from each portal's own list.

Every open notice has its own public page. Sign up to see how each one scores for your company.

How is the score worked out?

By rules, not guesswork. We compare each opportunity with your company: your NAICS codes, your set-asides, where the work is and how long you have to respond. The result is a fit score from 0 to 100 and a verdict: Go, Maybe or Skip, with the reasons listed under it.

A score is a quick read, not a promise. Always check the solicitation itself.

What happens when an opportunity is amended?

If you track the opportunity, the amendment shows on its page and we email you.

Requirements and drafts

Does BidFunnels write my proposal?

On Pro, it drafts sections for you to edit, using only the files you add: past proposals, CPARS, capability statements and résumés. Each paragraph shows the file and page it came from, and anything your files don't cover is marked so you can fill it in.

Drafts are drafts. You review them, you edit them in Word, and you are responsible for what you submit.

Can't I just use ChatGPT?

For a blank page, yes. But ChatGPT doesn't know your past performance, so it fills the gaps with things that never happened. BidFunnels drafts only from files you upload, cites the file and page behind every paragraph, and marks what your files don't cover. It also lists every requirement in the RFP and checks your proposal against them.

What is the requirements list?

On Pro, when you start a bid, we read its documents and pull out every requirement into one table (a compliance matrix), each with the section and page it came from. You can mark who owns each one and whether it's covered, and download it as a spreadsheet.

Your data

Can I upload CUI?

No. BidFunnels is not for Controlled Unclassified Information, classified information or export-controlled data (ITAR or EAR). Files marked CUI are refused at upload. BidFunnels is not FedRAMP authorized.

Who can see my files?

Only you and the people on your team, never other companies. A small number of named BidFunnels staff can open your account to help when you ask for support or to fix a problem, and every time is logged. The AI providers that read your files for drafting work under zero data retention and may not train on them.

How do I delete my data?

Remove any file or answer from your library at any time, or, as the account owner, delete your whole account from Settings. You can also email us and we'll delete everything. Database backups age out within 30 days.

Billing

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. The trial lasts 7 days, includes everything in Pro and 300 AI credits, and needs no card. When it ends, you can pick a plan or stay on Free.

What is a credit?

Credits pay for AI work: reading a solicitation's documents, drafting a section or checking your proposal. Pro includes 2,500 credits a month, and the app shows what an action costs before you run it. Starter has no AI, so it uses no credits. Scores and search never use credits.

Can my team use it?

Pro includes 2 seats, and each extra is $49 a month or $490 a year. Everyone shares your company's bids, files, drafts, answers and AI credits. Starter is for one person.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from the billing page in the app, without contacting us. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes, by two months. Starter is $790 a year instead of $948, and Pro $1,990 instead of $2,388.
