This is a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR 5.201, announcing an upcoming competitive solicitation for a firm-fixed-project construction project. Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), supporting the Veterans Affairs Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (VA SORCC) located in White City, OR anticipates releasing a Request for Proposals in the upcoming months of Fiscal Year 2027. This notice synopsizes the requirement but is not a solicitation or otherwise a request for pricing. This does not commit the Government to issue the solicitation or award a contract.
The RFP, if released, will be posted on Contract Opportunities located on SAM.gov only under the identifier 36C26027R0011. Interested parties are invited to follow this identifier to receive updates.
