What the agency is buying

Category 2 details: We are seeking proposals for upgrading our networking infrastructure to replace aged and poorly working equipment across all three of our campuses. Vendors may bid on all or individual components of this request (e.g., hardware only, cabling only, or individual campus locations), but proposals leveraging volume discounts across all locations are highly encouraged.

Price of E-Rate eligible goods and services will be the primary factor considered in evaluation. Bidders must be in good standing with USAC and provide a valid SPIN (Service Provider Identification Number) with their response.
Quantities listed in the service requests represent district-wide totals. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work (FINAL Form 470 Proposal) for exact campus-by-campus breakdowns, physical rack dimensions, and fiber specifications.
Site visits are highly recommended for vendors bidding on cabling and infrastructure services. To schedule a site visit appointment at any of our three campuses, please contact Sarah Evans, Director of Technology, at [email protected]. Site visits may be scheduled by appointment between November 2nd - November 19th.
