USAFA Rapid Acquisition Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO)

Calls for proposals will be issued by the government as amendments to this CSO and may be made at any time during its open period when support for innovative commercial requirements supporting USAFA priorities are identified. This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) seeks innovative commercial technologies and services to meet various objectives of the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) as detailed in Attachment 8 using a streamlined and flexible acquisition method to ensure cadets continue to receive the world-class education and training required by the mission and policy directives. All items, technologies, and services acquired using a CSO will be treated as commercial items. This CSO is a “CSO with Calls.” The CSO with calls technique utilizes the publication of this umbrella CSO solicitation that contains the basic information but does not request proposals with its initial issuance.
