This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses and large businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services. USAWHC G-6 seeks information from potential sources for comprehensive Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) support for the WCCS. Established as the Army’s theater-level headquarters supporting both U.S. Northern Command and U.S. Southern Command, USAWHC unifies former United States Army North and United States Army South capabilities into a single four-star command executing homeland defense, defense support to civil authorities, and theater security cooperation across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. In support of this newly formed Theater Army for the Americas, HQ USAWHC G-6 requires comprehensive ITSM solutions to deliver and sustain critical command and control (C2), Unified Communications (UC), Audio/Visual (AV), and enterprise information technology (IT) capabilities. Scope of support spans HQ USAWHC (Fort Liberty/Camp Mackall), Joint Base San Antonio, and associated remote/Deployable Communications Element (DCE) locations, encompassing program management, service desk/information management operations (IMO), data center and network operations, asset accountability, knowledge management, and full-spectrum cybersecurity—including Risk Management Framework (RMF)/Authority to Operate sustainment, vulnerability management, incident response, and communications security operations (COMSEC) accountability.
