What the agency is buying
The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
The Government requires a full-service lease for: A minimum of 10,000 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 10,500 RSF of professional office space. Lease term not to exceed nine (9) months with Government termination rights Located within a defined delineated area in North: W Telegraph St East: 300 E St South: Industrial Rd to W Industrial Rd to S Deseret Dr West: N 3050 E to S Green Spring Dr Property must include dedicated secured area for parking government vehicles and equipment, sitting on a minimum of 2 acres and a maximum of 3 acres, provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis.
