Bids will be evaluated based on lowest price submitted. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $1 Million and $5 Million. Compact disc and hard copies will not be available. Telephone and fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Bidders must have and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://sam.gov and must include the NAICS code they are bidding under to receive a Government contract award.
