Requirements Contract for Feral Cat Management Services.
NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (Proposals) from animal/pest management firms (the Proposers) to provide NYCHA with various feral cat management services, as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the Services).
Contract Term: Three (3) Initial Term with up to two (2) one (1) year optional renewal periods
This Solicitation is not subject to an existing PQL
Interested firms are invited to obtain a copy of the RFP on NYCHA`s website. To conduct a search for the RFP number; vendors are instructed to open the link: http://www1.nyc.gov/site/nycha/business/isupplier-vendor-registration.page.

RFP Question Submission Deadline: October 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Only questions regarding this RFP submitted to [email protected] (INCLUDE RFP NUMBER IN SUBJECT LINE) prior to Question Deadline will be accepted.
Question & Answer Release Date: October 30, 2026.
Respondents shall provide 5 uploaded files with their submission: (1) the Technical Response in PDF format, inclusive of all required attachments and exhibits, (2) the Cost Proposal, which must be submitted as an Excel file, (3) the Bid Proposal Face Sheet, (4) the Doing Business Data Form, and (5) the Proposers New York State Proof of Registered Entity to the corresponding RFP number via iSupplier in final form no later than 2 p.m. on November 17, 2026. Proposals which are saved in iSupplier as a draft but not successfully submitted will not be considered.
Prior to submitting a proposal, bidders are to ensure that their response includes all required forms and documentation and that all are properly completed, signed, and notarized, where applicable. Proposers should refer to Section IV (2) of this RFP for details on Proposal submission requirements.
It is the Proposers sole responsibility to complete and submit its proposal via iSupplier to the corresponding RFP prior the RFP Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence.

NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy, emailed, faxed or mailed Proposals.
Please note that if NYCHA receives no responses to this RFQ, the bid submission deadline shall be automatically extended for seven (7) days. This does not limit NYCHA's right to extend the bid deadline for any other reason.
