Services are anticipated to include comprehensive visual and functional inspections of residential apartments following landlord rectification and renovation works; identification and documentation of defects and deficiencies; high-resolution photographic records; and preparation of detailed condition reports. The Embassy manages approximately 120 residential apartments, generally ranging from 1,200 to 3,600 square feet.
