What the agency is buying

NAVFAC Atlantic intends to restrict a portion of the work in support of Military Construction Project P621, Communication Station Replacement at Naval Station Rota, Spain (NAVSTA Rota) to a sole source provider, Telefónica de España, of Madrid, Spain. The Government intends to restrict portions of the project to Telefónica de España under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
