R--Technical Development (TD) Support Services

This is a competitive SBA 8(a) set-aside, limited to 8(a) eligible concerns as determined by the SBA. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The estimated period of performance shall be for a one (1) year base period and two (2) 1-year options. The anticipated period of performance will commence on or about November 21, 2013 ? November 20, 2014 and (if all options are exercised) continue through November 20, 2016. This requirement was determined to be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, Engineering Services with a size standard of $35.5M. The Government anticipates issuing Solicitation No. DE-SOL-0005186, on or about June 19, 2013 through Fed Connect. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation (RFP) is posted, it is incumbent upon all interested parties to review the site frequently for any update/amendment to any and all documents. All prospective Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The anticipated award date is on or about November 21, 2013.
