We want you to win more government contracts.
Americans pay for every government contract. That money should go to the American small businesses and crews who do the work. We built BidFunnels to help you win it.
01 / What we believe
A government contract is a paycheck.
Every government contract is paid for by American taxpayers. When a small firm wins one, it turns into paychecks: for the crew that cleans the VA hospital, the welder fixing the fence on base, the IT shop that keeps the county’s servers running.
Those paychecks get spent at the diner, the hardware store and the Little League sign-up table. The money stays in town. That’s the point.
- We believe American tax dollars should be spent on American workers.
- We believe the people who do the work should win the work.
- We believe a 10-person firm deserves the same shot as a 10,000-person one.
- We believe you shouldn’t need a proposal team to serve your country.
- We believe veteran-owned, women-owned, HUBZone and 8(a) firms should get the work set aside for them.
The law agrees. Its goal is that 23% of federal prime contract dollars go to small businesses.

02 / What's broken
Open to everyone. Built for the few.
On paper, anyone can bid. More than 674,000 entities are registered on SAM.gov, and more than 24,000 new notices go up every month (GSA). In practice, the work goes to whoever can afford the paperwork.
- One notice can run hundreds of pages, with the catch on page 40.
- Big firms have capture teams. You have Tuesday night.
- The tools cost five figures a seat, and a demo call to see the price.
So the same few companies win the same work, year after year. Often not because they do it better, but because they can afford to find it, read it and answer it.
Meanwhile the 10-person firm reads RFPs at the kitchen table after the real work is done. Too many stop bidding. Every one that stops is a crew that never got its shot.
03 / So we built it
So we built BidFunnels.
We built the reading a proposal team does, priced for a crew that doesn’t have one. It finds the opportunities worth your night, tells you plainly which ones aren’t, and starts the draft from what you’ve already done.
- Every federal opportunity on SAM.gov, plus state and local opportunities from public portals.
- Go, Maybe or Skip on each one, with the reasons in plain words. Rules decide the score, not AI.
- On Pro, AI turns the RFP into a requirements checklist and drafts from your own files, citing file and page.
- Starter is $79 a month and Pro is $199. Try it 7 days free: no card, no demo call.

04 / What we won't do
Some lines we won't cross.
We won’t make up your past performance.
Drafts come only from your files, and anything missing is marked “Not in your files.”
We won’t take the pen from you.
AI writes a first draft. You have editorial control over every word, and nothing is ever sent or submitted for you.
We won’t hide the price behind a demo.
Every price is on the site, and you can start without talking to anyone.
We won’t sell your files or train AI on them.
AI requests go only to providers that keep no data, and files marked CUI are refused.
