Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services - Kahuku Training Area (KTA)

To be eligible for award, quoters must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), including current and complete representations and certifications, at the time of quote submission and at the time of award. Quoters are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for amendments and other solicitation information through the closing date. Refer to Section L, pages 113–116, for quote-submission instructions and required submission content, and Section M, pages 120–121, for evaluation criteria. Quoters must submit all required documents, including the signed SF 1449 and acknowledgement of all amendments, completed pricing documents for all applicable priced CLINs, and the technical capability submission. Do not price Repair Services CLIN 0006 or its option-year counterparts; repair services will be ordered and priced after award through Contracting Officer-issued firm-fixed-price task orders. Written questions are due no later than 10:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST), Thursday, 19 November 2026.
