What the agency is buying
The New York City (the City) Department of Design and Construction (DDC or the Department) is in the process of establishing apre-qualified list (PQL) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to performgeneral construction work on various capital construction projects. It is anticipated that the estimated construction cost for these projectswould be greater than $10,000,000.
