The aniticipated award is for a base period of 12-months, with four (4) option period(s), if applicable, from January 3, 2027 through January 2, 2031. Interested Sources: This notice is not a solicitation or a request for competitive quotations or proposals. However, responsible sources that believe they can provide the required supplies or services may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the Government's requirements. Capability statements must include sufficient technical information to determine whether the interested party can satisfy the Government's requirement wihout substantial duplication of cost or unacceptable delays. Responses shall include: 1. Company name and address; 2. Size of company (number of personnel, total revenue, ownership, parent corporation, etc.); 3. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) 4. Company point(s) of contact including name, phone number, address, and email; length of time in business; 5. Geographic presence; 6. Company experience in providing valuation services to government or commercial entities; 7. Provide any pertinent information that will assist us in this assessment. 8. Contract Number and value/capacity; and 9. Available Strategic Contracts (e.g., GSA, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract allowing decentralized ordering, etc.). Please identify type of “ordering” contract (e.g., GSA Multiple Award Schedule, GSA Professional Service Schedule, etc.). Responses received by the specified deadline will be evaluated solely to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
