Category 2 details: Notes regarding 470 drop-down selections. The quantity entered for cabling represents the number of stack cables estimated to be required, not cable drops or feet of cabling. BMIC and MIBS were included on the Form 470 out of an abundance of caution. No separate BMIC or MIBS services should be proposed unless necessary to properly classify an element of the requested products or services under E-Rate rules. See attachments for complete details. State or local procurement rules: All questions and proposals are to be submitted via email to both Patrick Moore at [email protected] and Melissa Zaruba at [email protected]. Unless modified by addendum, questions are due by October 27, 2026, 2:00 PM ET and proposals are due by December 1, 2026, 2:00 PM ET. See attachments for complete details. Eligible entities: 7.
