Offeror requested to include all necessary cabling, licenses, connectors, components, installation, configuration, travel, per diem, shipping and any other applicable fees. The applicant is seeking bundled warranty and licenses including manufacturer maintenance support services (MSS) for equipment listed in the RFP and proposed solutions may include products and services defined as BMIC and/or MIBS in the E-Rate Eligible Services list. The applicant is not seeking standalone BMIC or MIBS solutions. There is a mandatory site visit for the High School Project on 10/20/20206 from 9am to 10am CST at 101 General Harley Hughes Ave. Adair OK 74330 and a mandatory site visit for the Middle School Project on 10/20/20206 from 10am to 11am CST at 101 General Harley Hughes Ave. Adair OK 74330, and bidders must attend the site visit for their proposals to be considered.
