What the agency is buying
This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit on a sole source basis and negotiate under FAR part 15, award of a cost-plus fixed fee contract with SeeByte, Inc. (CAGE: 4YVG1). The Government requires contractor support to sustain, enhance, integrate, test, document, and field Government-led software capabilities supporting unmanned maritime systems. The required services include software engineering; system and software integration; installation and configuration support; developmental and operational test support; deployment and fielding assistance; technical and production support; corrective and adaptive maintenance; configuration and release management; technical documentation; and operator and maintainer training. The contractor shall support continued interoperability, reliability, and effective operation of the Government’s existing software capability throughout its lifecycle.
