The contractor shall furnish safe, reliable, interstate-compliant motor coaches, qualified and properly licensed drivers and relief drivers, dispatch and contingency support, fuel, tolls, parking, permits, insurance, maintenance, driver lodging and meals, and all other resources needed to perform scheduled passenger movements. Services include transportation for up to 14 motor coaches and 687 cadets for the Saturday morning movement to Audi Field, as well as additional movements between the Academy, USNA, and Audi Field, with sufficient legal seating and baggage capacity for authorized passengers and musical instruments. The contractor shall comply with all applicable safety, vehicle, driver qualification, and hours-of-service requirements; coordinate staging and boarding with Government representatives; promptly report incidents or delays; and provide replacement vehicles and drivers when necessary.
