Category 2 details: Requesting proposals for firewall and associated software and licenses. Offeror requested to include all necessary components, installation, configuration, travel, per diem, shipping and any other applicable fees. The applicant is seeking bundled warranty and licenses including manufacturer maintenance support services (MSS) for equipment listed in the RFP and proposed solutions may include products and services defined as BMIC and/or MIBS in the E-Rate Eligible Services list. The applicant is not seeking standalone BMIC or MIBS solutions. See RFP for further details.
State or local procurement rules: All accepted proposals shall be subject to E-Rate funding and subsequent governing board approval. The Applicant may consider multi-year contracts and/or contracts featuring voluntary extensions. Offerors must comply with Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) rule.
