The library is asking for service providers to list any software support, equipment, and also eligible expenses including the management and operation of the LAN/WLAN, including installation, activation, and initial configuration of eligible components and on-site training on the use of eligible equipment. Equipment or services produced or provided by a company that the FCC has designated as a national security threat to the integrity of communications networks or the communications supply chain are not eligible for E-Rate support. Therefore, all bids must comply with national security standards.
