Include any special construction one-time costs, as applicable. Price out a 24, 36 and 60 month option. Leased lit fiber should include internet access. Note: Any e-rate ineligible products, services or components bundled with eligible products or services must be listed separately from the eligible products or services; failure to do so can lead to rejection of the bid/quote. Vendor must provide eligibility percentage of portions of plans that are deemed ineligible.
