Internet access and data transmission for Palmerton Area School District

**Point-to-Point Data Transport** The District requests three dedicated 10 Gbps point-to-point Ethernet transport circuits connecting its central network location at Palmerton Junior High School to the following locations: 1. S.S. Palmer Elementary School 298 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071. 2. Parkside Education Center 4th and Franklin Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071. 3. Towamensing Elementary School 7920 Interchange Road, Lehighton, PA 18235. **Proposal Requirements** Proposals must include all monthly recurring charges, nonrecurring charges, installation and activation fees, Ethernet port charges, and any other costs necessary to provide the requested 10 Gbps services. Vendors must separately identify E-Rate-eligible and ineligible charges. Proposals should include service-level agreements, implementation timelines, and available contract terms. The District anticipates service commencement on July 1, 2027. The District will evaluate proposals in accordance with applicable E-Rate requirements and Pennsylvania public school procurement requirements.
