Primary Product Service Code (PSC): R425 - Support- Professional: Engineering/technical The Government anticipates issuance of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) task order that includes a base year 4-year period of performance. The Government anticipates award of the task order on a best value basis with trade-off analysis taking into consideration each offeror’s technical approach, management approach; personnel approach; past performance; small business utilization; and cost/price. This advance notice includes the draft Level of Effort (LOE) attachment; draft Request for Proposal (RFP); draft Performance Requirement Summary (PRS) attachment; Interim DD254 attachment; draft Personnel Qualifications attachment; draft Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP); the draft Statement of Work (SOW) attachment; and the Operations Security (OPSEC) Plan template.
