What the agency was buying
The Green Mountain & Finger Lakes National Forests seek contractor support to survey, map, and treat non?native invasive plant species (NNIP) across designated timber units and adjacent areas. Work includes manual, mechanical, physical, and chemical treatments to prevent the spread of NNIP before timber harvest activities. Contractors must provide all labor, equipment, herbicides, PPE, GPS/GIS capabilities, and related materials.
GIS data collection is required using GPS devices, tablets, or approved applications. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and other documents for more details.
