To achieve this unprecedented mission within a compressed timeline, GDA will operate as an agile organization with a mandate to leverage commercial innovation. Rapid and flexible contracting approaches will accelerate the adoption of critical technologies, unconstrained by legacy policy and regulatory limitations. This CSO enables GDA to identify and select vendors whose solutions demonstrate the greatest potential to advance the GDA mission.

This includes improvements to platforms, systems, components, or materials currently in use by the Armed Forces for GDA’s mission. GDA may also utilize FAR?based procurement methods for acquiring services.
