Request for Proposal: RFP No. PR452359 Dilution Refrigeration Systems Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), managed by UT-Battelle for the US Department of Energy, is inviting you to submit a Firm Fixed Price proposal for the following item listed below. Summary of Work/Description of Items: A dilution refrigerator system consisting of a Gas Handling System Refrigerator and two identical He3/He4 dilution inserts as specified and in accordance with the attached RFP documents.
