What the agency was buying
The VA, Office of Information Technology (OIT) has a requirement for brand name NetApp hardware and software maintenance support with hard drive retention for existing brand name NetApp Storage systems deployed across the VA enterprise. In addition, the Contractor may be required to provide blocks of training credits and/or support account manager services. See attached Draft Product Description and Annex A for additional details.
