The RFQ will not be publicly posted on SAM.gov. The RFQ will be issued directly via email to qualified WOSB vendors. Only quotes from responsible WOSB concerns will be considered.
Governing Regulations: This acquisition will be conducted using the procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services . The presolicitation notice itself is posted in accordance with RFO FAR 5.201(a) to publicize the upcoming requirement. Action Required for Interested WOSBs: To be considered for the RFQ distribution list, Interested WOSB vendors must email their firm’s interest, contact information, SAM UEI and CAGE number to the point of contact below.
