What the agency is buying

10/30/2026 Amendment 1: add page 47, add M.06 Price Realism Analysis, M. 06 Price Reasonableness Determination In addition to performing a price reasonableness determination, the Government reserves the right to perform a price realism analysis of an offeror’s proposed prices to determine whether an offeror’s proposed prices reflect a clear understanding of the solicitation requirements and whether an offeror can realistically perform its technical solution at the fixed prices proposed. The Government may consider proposed prices that are unrealistically low to be indicative of a lack of understanding of the requirements, an increased risk of unsuccessful performance, or both. If the Government determines that an offeror’s proposed prices are unrealistically low, the Government reserves the right to eliminate the proposal from the competition. 10/30/2026 Attached Question and Answer This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12.
