What the agency is buying

Update to Solicitation: The quote/proposal deadline has been extended to 1300 EST on 09 November 2026. We are providing both the conformed copy and SF-30. Offorers are encouraged to utilize the conformed copy due to readability issues with the SF-30. Questions recieved have been added to Section A with their respective answers. Solicitation Information: N6852027Q1011 is issued as a competitive procurement prepared In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), has a requirement to depaint, repaint, and conduct weight and balance on two C/KC-130 aircraft. Full Statement of Work (SOW) is provided in the attached RFQ N6852027Q1011. Contract Type: The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoW contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov.
