Category 2 details: Los Lunas Schools (LLS) is seeking sealed proposals for E-Rate Category 2 and Security Cabling Infrastructure Services from Offerors that are licensed to do business in the State of New Mexico, are registered with USAC (Universal Service Administrative Company), and hold a 9-Digit SPIN (Service Provider Identification Number). Please refer to the RFP for additional details. The District is also requesting proposals for the installation of 9 already purchased wireless access points, not the devices.
State or local procurement rules: A mandatory pre-proposal in-person conference will be held Monday, November 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM MST. A site visit will follow. Vendors must attend in order to submit a proposal. The project is dependent on E-rate funding, and vendors must allocate any non-E-rate eligible costs. The district reserves the right to cancel the RFP at any time. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Los Lunas website via Beacon Bid at https://www.llschools.net/departments/purchasing/purchasing-services-rfps-itbs-and-contracts. Proposals submitted in person, by mail, facsimile, or other electronic means will not be accepted.
