This procurement is subject to all applicable Colorado state and local procurement requirements and Lake County School District R-1 Board policies. Any resulting contract will be governed by Colorado law. Contract obligations beyond the current fiscal year are subject to annual appropriation under Colo. Const. art. X, 20 (TABOR) and C.R.S. 29-1-110. The District does not waive any immunity under the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act (C.R.S. 24-10-101 et seq.) and will not indemnify vendors. Proposals are subject to the Colorado Open Records Act (C.R.S. 24-72-200.1 et seq.), and pricing is not confidential. The District is exempt from Colorado sales and use tax, and taxes should not be included in pricing. Vendors with access to student personally identifiable information must comply with C.R.S. 22-16-101 et seq. Please see the RFP and any amendments for complete requirements.
