Category 2 details: Requesting proposals for a wireless access controller and associated software and licenses. Offerors are requested to include all necessary licenses, components, installation, configuration, travel, per diem, shipping, and any other applicable fees. The Applicant is seeking bundled warranty and licenses, including manufacturer maintenance support services (MSS), for the equipment listed in the RFP. Proposed solutions may include products and services defined as Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections (BMIC) and/or Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) in the E-Rate Eligible Services List. The Applicant is not seeking standalone BMIC or MIBS solutions. See RFP for further details.
State or local procurement rules: All accepted proposals shall be subject to E-Rate funding and subsequent governing board approval. The Applicant may consider multi-year contracts and/or contracts featuring voluntary extensions. Offerors must comply with Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) rule.
