Category 2 details: Buffalo City School District is seeking Category Two Internal Connections equipment and associated eligible manufacturer support for its FY2027 Network Switch Refresh Project, as detailed in BID 27-0627-062 Network Switch Refresh Parts. The procurement includes network switches, direct-attach cables, SFP+ transceivers, and associated FortiCare Premium and Essential support, or equivalent products and services compatible with the District's existing network infrastructure.
The District has posted a Request for Bid through its Bonfire procurement portal. Please refer to the attached BID 27-0627-062 specifications for the equipment descriptions, manufacturer part numbers, quantities, technical requirements, and other procurement information.

All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted through the Bonfire portal in accordance with the published solicitation schedule. All proposals must comply with the applicable E-Rate competitive bidding requirements. Bidders must identify any ineligible products or services and provide appropriate cost allocations. Price will be the primary factor in the evaluation of E-Rate-eligible products and services.
