What the agency was buying
An Amendment to the Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0039 is being applied due to the following: 1. Attachment 1 - Market Basket is being replaced with: Attachment 1 - Market Basket Amended. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged. The Defense Logistic Agency (“DLA”) – Troop Support (“Agency”) intends to enter into an indefinite quantity contract(s) (“IQC”) with a commercial firm(s) to supply fresh Bread and Bakery products to Department of War (“DoW”, or “Troop”) customers in the Colorado State region.
