ADVANCE NOTICE -DRAFT RFP N0016427R3009 non-personal professional, engineering, technical assessments and special studies, and management support services in support of Global Deterrence and Defense Department

This requirement is issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), Contracting Department, Crane, IN, and sets forth the requirements for non-personal professional, engineering, technical assessments and special studies, and management support services in support of Global Deterrence and Defense Department. This requirement will be competed as a 100% full and open competition among SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) holders based on review of responses received from notice N0016426SNB86. All dates referenced herein, including proposal due dates, anticipated award dates, and Period of Performance (POP) start and end dates are rough estimates provided solely for acquisition planning purposes. Actual dates will be formally established upon issuance of the RFP. All industry questions and feedback regarding this draft package must be received on or before 16 November 2026 prior to the issuance of the official solicitation. Vendors are requested to submit inquiries using the question and answer feature of this announcement and shall clearly reference the applicable draft SOW/solicitation section, page, and paragraph number to which the question or feedback applies.
