What the agency bought
The Government has determined that V3 Gate provides the best overall value for the VISN 1 Radiology Artificial Intelligence Platform requirement and is therefore selected for award under Contract No. 36C24126P0730 / Obligation No. 523C68325. Their quotation met all technical needs for VISN 1 s modernization efforts, aligning with price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors, and offering strong capability to support radiology workflow, diagnostic enhancement tools, and enterprise level image analytics across the New England VA healthcare network. As part of the past performance evaluation, the Government reviewed available CPARS information for V3 Gate. Their record reflects consistently positive performance on prior federal IT and health technology projects, demonstrating reliability, responsiveness, and successful contract execution.
This CPARS history contributed to the Government s confidence in V3 Gate s ability to successfully perform the VISN 1 Radiology Artificial Intelligence requirement when considered alongside the other evaluation factors.
