The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6550, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Reagents, Test Kits, and Sets. Requirement: The purpose of this requirement is to provide Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Special Stain reagents for Roche Ventana staining platforms located within the Anatomic Pathology Section of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119.
