NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit L3HARRIS MARITIME POWER (04801) for the repair of: NSN 015353560 P/N 600-38055 TRANSFORMER ASSEMBL QTY: 12 SMIC - Electrostatic Discharge - Sensitive Buy American Act applies to NSN 015353560 under this Effort. The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. The applicable NAICS code is 334416. Based on Market Research, the Government's need may be met by a type of item customarily available in the commercial market place that would meet the definition of a commercial item at FAR Subpart 2.1. The contracting officer shall solicit & award any resultant contract using the policies & procedures of FAR Part 12.
