The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Brimhall Sand & Rock for the emergency purchase of Gabion Rip Rap material for the BIA, Chinle Agency, Branch of Transportation, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
